1. What This Policy Covers
This refund policy applies solely to the listing and verification fee that ReGo charges sellers for the use of the platform and the verification service. It does not apply to the price of any booking, ticket, or reservation that is listed on the platform, because that price is paid directly between the buyer and the seller and is not handled, held, or processed by ReGo in any way.
2. Refund Before Verification Begins
If you submit a listing and pay the associated fee, you may request a full refund of that fee at any point before ReGo has begun its verification process. Verification is considered to have begun when our team or system starts reviewing the proof-of-purchase documentation or other information you have provided for that listing. If you cancel before this point, the fee will be refunded in full, with no deductions.
3. No Refund After Verification or Publication
Once ReGo has started verifying your listing — or has published the listing on the marketplace — the listing and verification fee is non-refundable. This is because the verification work has been performed or substantially commenced, and the marketplace has made the listing visible to potential buyers. You may unpublish or remove a live listing at any time, but doing so does not entitle you to a refund of the fee.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund before verification has begun, send an email to the address shown on the platform’s contact page. Include your registered email address, the listing reference or booking ID, and a brief statement requesting cancellation. We will process eligible refunds within a reasonable period and confirm the outcome by email. If you believe a refund is due for any other reason — for example, a duplicate payment or a technical error — please contact us at the same address and we will review your case promptly.
5. The Fee and the Item Price Are Separate
A refund of the listing and verification fee does not affect any arrangement between the buyer and the seller regarding the price of the booking or ticket itself. That price is agreed and settled directly between the parties, and ReGo has no involvement in, liability for, or ability to refund any amount paid by a buyer to a seller. Sellers and buyers are responsible for agreeing their own cancellation and refund terms between themselves.
