About ReGo

ReGo is a verified resale marketplace for anything you prepaid but can no longer use — hotel stays, cruises, event tickets, gift vouchers, spa packages, tours, and more. We verify every listing so buyers and sellers can transact with real information, not guesswork.

The problem

Most prepaid bookings, tickets, and vouchers are non-refundable. When plans change — a trip gets cancelled, a date no longer works, an event sells out after you bought — the money is gone. The secondary market for these items exists, but it is fragmented and risky. Buyers cannot tell if a listing is genuine. Sellers have no way to prove their booking is real. Both sides rely on trust alone, and trust is not enough when hundreds or thousands of euros are at stake.

Our approach

ReGo does not just list items. We verify them before they go live. Our team contacts hotels, venues, cruise lines, and other issuers to confirm that each booking exists, is paid in full, and can be transferred. The result is a published listing with a Verified badge and a written verification report that buyers can read. Sellers get a credible way to prove their item is real. Buyers get documented assurance before they reach out. The transaction itself stays between the two parties — we do not hold funds or add friction to the exchange.
