How it works

How ReGo works

ReGo lets you recover money from prepaid bookings, tickets, and vouchers you can no longer use — or buy them from someone else with confidence. Every listing is verified before it appears. Here is how it works for sellers and buyers.

For sellers

  1. Submit your booking + proof. Tell us what you have (hotel stay, cruise, event ticket, voucher, experience) and upload your proof of purchase, booking confirmation, or receipt. We do not need anything else to get started.
  2. We verify validity & transferability. Our team contacts the hotel, organizer, or issuer directly to confirm that the booking exists, is paid in full, and can be transferred or resold to another person. We check the fine print so you do not have to.
  3. We publish it with a Verified badge. Once verified, we write and publish the listing on ReGo with a clear Verified badge and a downloadable verification report. You never have to write copy or manage a listing — we handle that.
  4. The buyer contacts you, you transact directly. Interested buyers reach out through our masked contact system. You agree on a price and handle payment between yourselves. ReGo takes no commission on your sale.

For buyers

  1. Browse verified listings. Every listing on ReGo carries a Verified badge, backed by a verification report you can read before contacting the seller. Browse by category — accommodation, cruises, events, vouchers, experiences — or search for what you need.
  2. Contact the seller. When you find a listing you are interested in, send the seller a message through our platform. Your contact details stay private until you choose to share them.
  3. Transact directly with our verification report as assurance. You and the seller agree on the price and arrange transfer or delivery between yourselves. The verification report gives you documented proof that the listing was valid and transferable at the time it was listed.

What we verify

For every listing we check three things:

  • Validity — the booking, ticket, or voucher exists in the issuer’s system and has been fully paid.
  • Transferability — the issuer permits the booking to be transferred, resold, or renamed to another person.
  • Ownership — the person listing it is the original purchaser or an authorized holder.

We cannot verify the buyer’s or seller’s future conduct, nor do we guarantee that a transfer will go through after contact is made. Our verification covers the listing at the time of publication.

Our guarantee

If we publish a listing, we stand behind its verification. You get a written report detailing what was checked, whom we spoke to, and what was confirmed. If we miss something and the listing turns out to be invalid at the time of listing, we will refund your listing fee. Our guarantee does not cover disputes between buyer and seller after they have connected — that part of the transaction is between the two parties.
