Frequently asked questions

What does “Verified” mean?

A Verified badge means ReGo has checked the listing directly with the issuer — the hotel, venue, organizer, or provider — and confirmed that the booking exists, has been paid for, and can be transferred to another person. Every verified listing includes a report detailing what was checked and the outcome.

What happens if my listing does not sell?

Your listing stays published on ReGo until it sells or you withdraw it. There is no time limit and no additional fee. The verification report remains available to you, and you can use it to sell the item through other channels if you wish.

How do I get paid?

Payment happens directly between you and the buyer. ReGo does not handle the transaction or take a commission. You and the buyer agree on a price and payment method (bank transfer, payment app, or whatever works for both of you).

Is reselling legal?

In most jurisdictions, reselling a prepaid booking, voucher, or ticket is legal as long as the original issuer permits transfers. We check transferability during verification so you know the answer before listing. Some events or hotels have terms that restrict resale — we flag those and do not publish them if they are not transferable. You are responsible for complying with local laws in your jurisdiction.

What if the transfer fails after the buyer pays?

The transfer between buyer and seller is a private transaction. ReGo verifies the listing at the time of publication, but does not facilitate the transfer itself. Before paying, we recommend buyers and sellers agree on the transfer process, timeline, and what happens if something goes wrong. If a seller consistently fails to complete transfers, we may delist their account.

Is my email or phone number public?

No. Buyer and seller communications go through our masked contact system. Your email address and phone number are not visible on any listing. You choose when and with whom to share your contact details.

How long does verification take?

Typically 1–5 business days, depending on how quickly the issuer responds to us. Some hotels and large organizers reply within 24 hours; others take longer. We keep you updated on progress and let you know as soon as verification is complete.

Can I withdraw a listing?

Yes. You can withdraw your listing at any time before a sale happens. Contact us and we will remove it from the site. The listing fee is not refunded after verification work has started, but the verification report is yours to keep.

Do I pay if my item does not sell?

The listing fee is paid upfront and covers the work of verification, listing, and publication. You do not pay anything extra if the item does not sell. There is no back-end commission, success fee, or hidden charge.

What information do I need to provide as a seller?

You need to provide proof of purchase (receipt, booking confirmation, or invoice), basic details about the item (what it is, original value, applicable dates, reference numbers), and your contact information so we can send your invoice and verification report. We may ask for additional documentation if the proof of purchase is unclear.
