Every marketplace on the internet now claims to be trustworthy. Most of them mean they have a refund button and a support email. On ReGo, verification is not a marketing claim layered on top of the product; it is the product. Nothing is self-published, and nothing goes live on trust alone.
Here is exactly what happens to every single listing, from the moment a seller gets in touch to the moment a buyer checks in.
Step 1: Submission
A seller shares the details of their booking, ticket or voucher, along with proof of purchase: an invoice, a confirmation, a receipt. This is the raw material, and nothing is assumed from it.
Step 2: Validity check
We confirm the item is genuine and current. That means checking it has not already been used, expired, cancelled, or claimed by someone else. An invalid item fails here and never reaches a buyer.
Step 3: Transferability check
This is the step almost no one else does properly. We confirm the exact transfer method with the issuer or provider, so we know the item can genuinely move to a new owner, and under what conditions. Transferable, name change required, or a refusal, we find out and we state it plainly.
Step 4: Publishing
Only listings that pass both checks are published, with a clear price, the real face value, exact dates, and the transfer terms spelled out. Every one carries the Verified badge, and that badge means a process actually happened, not that a checkbox was ticked.
Step 5: Transfer
When a buyer pays, we carry out the transfer into their name and confirm it is complete. The confirmation they receive is in their name, with their details. That is the end of the transaction, and the point where a verified listing becomes a genuine booking.
