ReGo (accessible at regodeals.com) operates as a listing directory where individuals may advertise verified prepaid bookings, reservations, and tickets for transfer to other individuals. The platform enables sellers to present their listings to potential buyers in a single, organised marketplace. ReGo does not hold inventory, take title to any listed item, or act as a party to any transaction between users.
2. ReGo’s Role
ReGo acts solely as a facilitator. It is not a reseller, travel agent, ticket broker, payment processor, or organiser of the events, accommodations, or services to which listings refer. ReGo provides verification services to confirm that a listed booking or ticket is valid and — according to information available at the time — transferable. ReGo does not execute, settle, or guarantee any payment between users, and it does not hold or process funds on behalf of buyers or sellers.
3. User Obligations
Every user agrees to provide accurate and truthful information when creating a listing, submitting an enquiry, or uploading proof-of-purchase documentation. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their listings accurately describe the booking or ticket offered, including its original terms, restrictions, and transferability. Buyers are responsible for reviewing listing details before expressing interest. Users must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, misrepresentation, or the sale of counterfeit or unauthorised goods.
4. Direct Transactions Between Parties
All transactions initiated through ReGo occur directly between the buyer and the seller. ReGo does not facilitate payment, transfer of funds, or delivery of the underlying booking or ticket. The buyer and seller communicate through the platform’s contact mechanisms to agree on price, payment method, and transfer arrangements. ReGo has no visibility into, and accepts no responsibility for, the financial or logistical details of any transaction concluded between users.
5. Limitation of Liability
ReGo provides its verification and listing services with reasonable care and in good faith, but it does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or continued validity of any listing after the time of verification. ReGo is not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from a transaction between users, including but not limited to failure of a seller to deliver a booking or ticket, discrepancies between a listing and the actual product, or changes made by the original issuer, hotel, or event organiser after verification was completed. ReGo’s aggregate liability arising from its own services is limited to the amount of any fees paid by the affected user for those specific services.
6. Governing Rules and Termination
These Terms of Service are governed by general principles of contract law and, where applicable, consumer protection regulations. ReGo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user’s access to the platform, with or without prior notice, if the user is found to have breached these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or acted in a manner that harms the integrity of the marketplace. Either party may terminate the contractual relationship by ceasing use of the platform. Upon termination, the user’s access to their account and listings will be revoked, and ReGo will retain no further obligation to the user except as required by applicable law.
