1. What ReGo Verifies
When a seller submits a listing, ReGo reviews the provided proof-of-purchase documentation to confirm that the booking or ticket appears valid and — based on the information available to us at that time — appears to be transferable. This verification is performed as a courtesy to both buyers and sellers, and reflects a reasonable-effort check of the documents supplied. ReGo does not independently contact issuers, hotels, airlines, event organisers, or any third party to confirm transferability beyond reviewing the documentation provided.
2. ReGo Does Not Guarantee the Transaction
Verification at the time of listing is not a guarantee that the transaction will proceed successfully, that the booking or ticket will remain valid on the date of use, or that the issuer or organiser will honour the transfer. Circumstances can change after verification — a booking may be cancelled, an event may be rescheduled, or an issuer may alter its transfer policy. ReGo accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss resulting from a transaction between users.
3. Buyer and Seller Transact Directly
Buyers and sellers communicate and transact directly with one another. ReGo is not a party to any agreement reached between them. ReGo strongly recommends that both parties independently confirm with the original issuer, hotel, event organiser, or relevant authority that the booking or ticket is valid and transferable before any payment is made or any transfer is finalised. This step is the responsibility of the parties, not of ReGo.
4. Transferability Depends on the Issuer’s Terms
Many bookings, reservations, and tickets are issued subject to terms set by the original seller — such as a hotel chain, airline, event promoter, or venue. These terms may prohibit transfer, require the issuer’s consent, or impose conditions on resale. The seller is solely responsible for ensuring that their listing and the subsequent transfer comply with the issuer’s terms. Listing an item on ReGo does not override or waive any term imposed by the original issuer. A buyer who purchases a non-transferable item may find that the issuer refuses to honour the transfer, and in such cases the recourse is between buyer and seller alone.
5. ReGo Is Not a Reseller
ReGo does not purchase, acquire, or take ownership of any booking or ticket listed on the platform. It does not act as a reseller, ticket agent, or tour operator. ReGo’s role is limited to providing the listing directory and verification service described in these terms. Nothing on this platform should be interpreted as an offer by ReGo to sell any product or service other than the use of the platform itself.
